Mango Nectar of the Gods

Now here’s a drink that truly tastes like someone stuck a straw into a fresh, ripe mango, and then somehow made it taste five times better than that alone. This nectar is one of my top drinks of all time, and now the company is adding to their flavor collection. There’s new Mango Banana and Strawberry Banana. Instant smoothies. Few other nectars compare. Goya? Jumex? Forget about them entirely. There are some great nectars out there, and MIRA is one of them. The others taste like watered-down juice, not thick, rich, natural smoothies. Nothing quenches thirst like a good mango nectar, and sometimes it’s actually good for you! If you run around Midwood, Brooklyn, you can run from store to store in the Middle Eastern imports district and find many different mango nectars. The best, in my opinion, are imported from Egypt. Best brand is another favorite. If you’re looking for a nutritious, delightfully refreshing drink, grab some Mira or Best in the market. Kids love it and wonder of wonders, it’s a heck of a lot better for you than soft drinks or juice. Don’t pass this amazing drink up if you know what’s good for you.
